Suddenly across the countryside comes Colonel Straker, ruthlessly smashing and enslaving each community underneath him with his armoured battletruck. When the mysterious motorcycle-riding Hunter rescues Corlie, a woman Straker keeps as prisoner, Straker swears vengeance.
