Rio de Janeiro, 2040. Mano is a runner of "BICHO", an ilegal and popular race where poor people run through the city to try to raise some money and entertain the gamblers. The survive of Mano's family depends on that race. If he wins he can takes some good money home, gives to his mom money for food and to his sister the pampering she likes. But he's not in a good day, Rato is runner that race too, and his the most violent runner. If Mano loses, he doesn't only lose the money, he will lose his dear sister, because within the rules of the race, becomes slave of the winner.
