Scared Stiff (1987) follows the tale of Alan and Halley, who are co-owners of a pest control business. Alan, with his charming looks, easily attracts women, while Halley, who is less fortunate in appearance, struggles to find romantic success. One fateful night, the duo is involved in a severe car accident. Halley sustains minor injuries, but Alan is pronounced clinically dead, with only his brain activity remaining.
