The Saint arrives in Sydney to investigate the disappearance of a friend's daughter, apparently abducted by a Chinese crime ring to be a prostitute and,at the airport, sees a young Chinese woman being bundled into a car. He meets old flame Felicity, whose parents, the Bramptons, are a business couple whose fortunes are failing and may be forced to sell Fun Park, their amusement fairground. Felicity's boyfriend Justin is being threatened by an Oriental consortium to sell it to them or else he will be killed. The Saint works out the link between the theme park and the disappearing girls.
