Nuts for Love

In this romantic drama that also serves as a compelling chronicle of recent Argentinean history, filmmaker Alberto Lecchi follows the story of Marcelo (Gaston Pauls) and Alicia (Adriana Gil), whose love seems doomed to failure. After their first meeting in 1975, they separate and reconnect a number of times: in Madrid in 1982; in Buenos Aires in 1989 and again in Argentina at the end of the millennium. On each occasion, the strength of their bond is tempered by decisions they have made and relationships they have formed in their own lives.
