The City of Lost Children (1995) follows the chilling tale of the malevolent Krank, a figure plagued by his inability to experience dreams. In his desperate quest to acquire dreams, he targets children, but their fear of him results in him only obtaining their nightmares. When a circus strongman's younger sibling is abducted, the strongman, known as One, embarks on a mission to rescue him. Along the way, he joins forces with a group of peculiar individuals to confront Krank and his Cyclops army, aiming to end their reign of terror.
