Phone Booth (2002) revolves around Stu Shepard (Colin Farrell), a media consultant who finds himself in a life-threatening situation when he answers a public phone call in a New York City phone booth. The caller, a mysterious voice identified as a serial killer with a sniper rifle, informs Stu that he will be shot if he hangs up. As the police arrive, mistaking Stu for the perpetrator, Stu must navigate a deadly game of wits. The caller, played by Kiefer Sutherland, has the police, Stu's wife, and his client/prospective girlfriend all in his sights. As the day progresses, Stu undergoes a profound moral transformation, forced to confront his past actions and find the strength to outmaneuver the caller.
